Job Duties
Answer calls and any questions customers might have in setting up appointments.
Reply emails in group email in a timely manner.
Book appointments by calling, emailing or using customer portal.
Re-schedule or cancel appointments as per direction provided.
Update LGE TMS with accurate appointment information to provide visibility to all the teams.
Execute and distribute reports.
Follow up with carriers, for missed appointments or appointment changes.
Escalate any appointments unable to be booked to Order Fulfillment team.
Provide administrative support in completing all tasks assigned in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
1-3 years' experience in a customer service environment.
Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel.
Experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and resourceful with a proactive attitude
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
This is a 12-month contract position. Candidates must be available and committed to completing the full contract duration
