In addition to these mainstays, Tori Dori serves a clever cross-section of globally inspired small plates for snacking and sharing. Valuing quality above all else, Tori Dori's chefs take pride in their technique, presentation, and attention to detail, using only the best ingredients available.







Under the direction of the General Manager, we are looking for a Full-Time Server at Tori Dori who will be accountable for maintaining strong knowledge about all food and beverage offerings in the restaurant. By adhering to the steps of service they answer questions, provide recommendations and create a positive guest experience. Servers maintain a clean section and monitor food quality to ensure all items are held to Freehand presentation standards. Through knowledge, accuracy and efficiency our servers provide the upmost satisfaction to our guests.



What you will be doing:



welcoming each guest warmly and with enthusiasm, always creating an exceptional first impression; enthusiastically inform guests about our offerings and share your menu knowledge to make the best recommendations; accurately and precisely entering information into the POS system ensuring communications are clear for the BOH team; responding promptly and courteously to any guest request or concerns; going above and beyond for special requests or celebrations and taking food preferences and guest allergies or dietary restrictions seriously; keenly following all food safety standards and systems; such other similar or related duties as may be required from time to time.

The person we are looking for has:



full-time and flexible available - including weekdays, weekends, and holidays high attention to detail familiarity with a range of Asian cuisines is considered an asset experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment in the same or a similar role organizational and multitasking skills strong oral and written communication skills ability to remain calm under pressure
