In addition to these mainstays, Tori Dori serves a clever cross-section of globally inspired small plates for snacking and sharing. Valuing quality above all else, Tori Dori's chefs take pride in their technique, presentation, and attention to detail, using only the best ingredients available.







Under the direction of the General Manager, we are looking for a hybrid Server/Bartender who will be accountable for creating memorable guests' experiences, bringing energy and personality to every interaction, and crafting delicious classic and signature drinks.



What you will be doing:



welcoming each guest warmly and with enthusiasm, always creating an exceptional first impression; creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service; responding promptly and courteously to any guest request or concerns; going above and beyond for special requests or celebrations and taking food preferences and guest allergies or dietary restrictions seriously; accurately and precisely entering information into the POS system ensuring communications are clear for the BOH team; providing guest with food & beverage suggestions, while taking in consideration preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions; promptly receive drink order chits and prepare beverages; communicating beverage descriptions, special and information to guests and team members; counting and taking inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering; other similar duties as assigned from time to time.

The person we are looking for has:



a valid Smart Serve Certification; Sake & Japanese whiskey knowledge is a strong asset; familiarity with a range of Asian cuisines is considered an asset; strong classic cocktail knowledge; passion for food, beverage and providing excellent customer service; strong communication skills; the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
