We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Torcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently performing torching operations to support manufacturing processes. This role requires precision, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Operate torching equipment according to established safety procedures and operational guidelines Prepare materials and workpieces for torching processes, ensuring correct positioning and alignment Monitor torching operations to maintain quality standards and prevent defects Perform routine maintenance and inspections on torching tools and equipment Document process parameters, production data, and any issues encountered during operations Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure smooth workflow

Experience

Prior experience with torching or welding is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates Basic understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes is advantageous Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
