We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development. You will play a crucial role in shaping their early learning experiences and helping them build a strong foundation for future education.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and exploration in various subjects, including language, math, science, and the arts. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves and develop their individual talents. Monitor and assess children's progress through observation and documentation to tailor instruction to meet their needs. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive community focused on the well-being of each child. Facilitate group activities that promote teamwork, cooperation, and social skills among students. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that meets health and safety standards. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience.

Skills

Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children. Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively. Creativity in developing educational materials and activities that inspire learning. Knowledge of child safety regulations and best practices in maintaining a safe learning environment.

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
