Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, with a focus on tire installation and maintenance. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with customers to ensure their needs are met while providing high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs efficiently and accurately. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during tire service operations. Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire options, maintenance, and services offered. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained. Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle heavy lifting of tires and related equipment as required. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tire maintenance and automotive repair.

Experience

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand tools and power tools. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting. Experience in sales is a plus, as you may assist customers in selecting the right tires for their vehicles. Familiarity with maintenance procedures related to tires and automotive systems is beneficial.
