Duties

Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs using appropriate hand tools and power tools. Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear, damage, and proper inflation. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering knowledgeable recommendations. Assist in sales of tires and related products, contributing to dealership success. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards. Engage in heavy lifting as necessary when handling tires and equipment.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems and tire technology. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to tire maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in automotive repair is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for tire handling. Previous experience in a dealership environment is a plus. A proactive approach to maintaining equipment and ensuring workplace safety.
