Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, particularly in performing routine maintenance tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and efficient operations within our facility.

Duties

Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance work. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and any additional recommendations. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of waste materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service delivery. Lift heavy equipment or parts as needed, demonstrating physical capability to perform job functions.

Qualifications

Strong mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with various vehicle systems and components. Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive maintenance. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during maintenance tasks. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in automotive repair and maintenance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85-$21.77 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
