Holiday Ford Lincoln is looking for a

Tire & Lube Technician

Position Objective

Perform tire changes, oil and fluid services, and preventative maintenance Support licensed technicians and assist with basic vehicle repairs Keep tools and shop equipment in clean, working condition Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and work area Assist with lot maintenance, including snow removal and vehicle movement Document work accurately using our dealership systems Follow health & safety regulations and dealership procedures Represent the dealership with a positive attitude and professional image Participate in ongoing Ford training to stay current with latest standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a tire/lube role, dealership, or service shop is an asset Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly and efficiently Customer service experience and a team-first mindset Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving abstract
