Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire & Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. This role involves providing efficient and high-quality maintenance services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with little supervision. Prior dealership or mechanic experience is preferred. Must hold a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes or other lube services, tire rotations/changeovers, with precision and attention to detail within a timely fashion Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively Assist with other automotive repairs and services as needed, including fluid top-offs and filter replacements Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use Provide excellent communication with service advisor by explaining services performed and addressing questions professionally Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Skills

Dealership experience or mechanic background highly desirable Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive maintenance equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds) as required for vehicle servicing Excellent communication service skills with a professional attitude Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and speed with limit supervision Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new techniques

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
