Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tire & Lube Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and fluid top-offs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop mechanical skills and gain dealership experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

Change and repair tires, perform oil changes, fluid replacements, and vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to complete services Assist with tire rotations, brake inspections, and other minor repairs as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards Ensure all work meets company quality standards

Qualifications

Mechanic experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of systems and repair procedures Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively Knowledge of repair processes and routine maintenance tasks Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
