We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services, ensuring vehicles are running efficiently and safely.

Duties

Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on various vehicles. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks. Conduct inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs. Assist in sales of maintenance services and products to customers. Lift heavy equipment and materials as required during maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Previous dealership or mechanic experience is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive maintenance. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed in the course of duties. Experience in automotive repair and maintenance is highly desirable. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the automotive field.
