Bar Cart is a speakeasy-inspired cocktail lounge offering guests a relaxed and welcoming space to enjoy both classic and inventive cocktails. Focused on quality, creativity, and memorable experiences, Bar Cart is an exciting new concept, and we're looking for passionate individuals to be a part of bringing it to life.
We are seeking a TikTok creator for Bar Cart for a new and innovative project over the next few months with the possibility of extending further.

Key Responsibilities
Pitch and brainstorm creative storylines and trends tailored for TikTok.
Stay up-to-date with platform trends, challenges, and best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing and Bar Cart team to align TikTok content with campaigns and business objectives.
Plan and schedule shoots, including scripting and shot lists.
Capture original video content using phone or camera (both self-shot and with team involvement).
Edit short-form videos with attention to pacing, sound, and visual storytelling.
Add captions, graphics, transitions, and music aligned with TikTok trends and optimize video formatting for TikTok's algorithm and user experience.
Organize and maintain a consistent TikTok posting cadence to ensure content goes live at optimal times.
Write engaging captions and select effective hashtags.
Monitor analytics to track content performance, adjust posting strategy, and identify opportunities for growth.
Test new features, formats, and strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Foster community by responding to comments and messages, and build brand presence by actively engaging with TikTok trends, creators, and relevant communities.
Track growth metrics, audience insights, and engagement rates.
Proven experience creating engaging TikTok or other short-form video content (portfolio or examples required).
Strong video production and editing skills (using TikTok native tools and external apps like CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and strategies that drive engagement.
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
Collaborative mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type:
Part-time, flexible hours.
Contract:
3-month paid contract with likelihood of extension.
Location:
On-site for content capture at 42 The Esplanade, Toronto.
