Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fitting metal components to assemble structural forms. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the creation of high-quality products.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications
- TIG Weld and fit metal components using various position (4G) techniques
- Perform ductwork assembly and installation
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for cutting, grinding, and shaping metal
- Operate forklifts for material handling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines

Requirements

- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Experience in welding, fitting, ductwork, and machining
- Competency in using power tools and hand tools effectively

- CWB or TSSA tickets

- 1 Year contract (Nov 3 , 2025 - Nov 2, 2026)

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
