Job Description

Advanced Equipment Inc is seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join our Manufacturing Operations team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all parts, machines, and sub-assemblies are built to specifications, drawings and BOM requirements, while maintaining the standard of quality expected by Advanced Equipment Inc. You will work in a team environment reporting directly to the welder team lead.

Qualifications and Experience:



Minimum 5 years' experience in sheet metal fabrication. Minimum 5 years' experience in Stainless Steel TIG Welding Mechanical and electrical experience an asset Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Excellent organizational, time management skills, and ability to multi-task Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during busy periods Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Reliability and willingness to work and learn from the lead hand. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and understand instructions, verbal and written. Ability to lift minimum 50lbs Strong work ethic and a proven safety record Being fluent in Chinese is an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $23.44-$34.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
