Job Description
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints
Select the appropriate tools, materials, and gas ratios for different jobs
Prepare both metals and work surfaces for the production process
Measure, cut, and drill materials to meet the specifications of the project
Test the strength of your welds after each has been made
Keep your welding tools clean and functional
Skills for Success:
Previous TIG Welding experience, 20 gage, Aluminum
Ability to work within deadlines/timeframes
Shop drawing/Blueprint comprehension an asset
Your own Welding Helmet (COVID Protocol)
Steel Toe Work shoes/boots
Weld-Safe attire
Ability to work in a high paced environment with minimal supervision
Problem solving skills
Bringing your own tools is a plus
Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 3:30 PM *with opportunities for overtime offered
