An introduction to the various aspects of theatre including performance and production, the play script, history, theory and criticism.
Position Requirements
The successful candidate must possess a degree in theatre, preferably at the graduate level. University teaching experience in theatre is also preferred.



NOTE: This course also offers remote delivery. The capacity to teach on campus, the ability to pivot to remote delivery using URCourses and Zoom, with previous remote teaching experience, are an asset. Applicants, in their cover letters, should provide details of their familiarity with Moodle (or other Online Learning Environments, and Zoom).
Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Other Work Hours
Winter 2026: Wednesdays from 1900-2145 in Swift Current with remote sections.



The sessional hired will either have to reside in Swift Current and surrounding area or be willing to drive to Swift Current to teach this class.
