Are you a licensed therapist curious about exploring private practice without committing full-time? Inner Connection Therapy and Wellness is seeking a compassionate

RSW or LCT

for a

flexible contract position (5-10 hours/week at $100/hour)

. Join a supportive, values-driven team while building private practice experience, seeing children and/or adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, and exploring integrative approaches to therapy.

About the Role

We are looking for a

Registered Social Worker (RSW)

or

Licensed Counseling Therapist (LCT)

to join our team. This contract position offers flexibility, steady referrals, and the opportunity to work within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Your work will focus on providing

individual therapy for children and/or adults

in a way that feels aligned with both your training and your authentic therapeutic style.

What We're Looking For:

RSW or LCT in good standing (New Brunswick or eligible for remote practice) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with adults Strong skills in supporting anxiety, depression, and trauma Experience with addictions, stress, or life transitions is an asset Familiarity with CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, or other evidence-based modalities Open-minded about holistic practices (e.g., mindfulness, nervous system education, somatic awareness) Comfortable providing therapy in person, virtually and maintaining proper documentation Available 5-10 hours per week
