About Inner Connection Therapy and Wellness

At Inner Connection, we believe therapy is more than talking, it's about helping people feel safe in their bodies, connected to themselves, and supported in their healing. We work with children and/or adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, addictions, and life transitions.

Our approach combines evidence-based practices with openness to mindfulness, self-compassion, and integrative methods of healing. We're a small but growing team with a shared vision: creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered.

About the Role

We are looking for a

Registered Social Worker (RSW)

or

Licensed Counseling Therapist (LCT)

to join our team. This contract position offers flexibility, steady referrals, and the opportunity to work within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Your work will focus on providing

individual therapy for children and/or adults

in a way that feels aligned with both your training and your authentic therapeutic style.

What We're Looking For:

RSW or LCT in good standing (New Brunswick or eligible for remote practice) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with adults Strong skills in supporting anxiety, depression, and trauma Experience with addictions, stress, or life transitions is an asset Familiarity with CBT, ACT, DBT, IFS, or other evidence-based modalities Open-minded about holistic practices (e.g., mindfulness, nervous system education, somatic awareness) Comfortable providing therapy in person, virtually and maintaining proper documentation Available 20-30 hours per week
