The therapist provides direct assessment and treatment services to youth and their caregivers/families.

The ideal candidate should have:



Five years of clinical experience working with youth, families, and direct service workers Excellent assessment and counselling skills Experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health struggles Experience with individual therapy Understanding, training and experience in trauma and trauma informed practices An understanding of colonization, intergenerational trauma, and Indigenous practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills The ability to work both independently and flexibility
A Masters degree (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) is required.

The therapist will receive regular supervision. The successful applicant will have a clear Criminal Record Check, Child and Adult Abuse Registry Checks, Prior Contact Check, possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle.
