SALARY SCALE :

$26.008 to $29.870 per hour

What would my role be?





Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for conducting recreational activities under the direction of the Recreation Therapist. You will also be responsible for:


seeing to the needs of the patients and welcoming the volunteers assigned to the different programs, various technical duties related to recreation, and supporting socialization during mealtime



How do I qualify?





Required:


Completion of High School Diploma Minimum of one (1) month of relevant experience Fluent in French and English (Candidates who do not meet this language requirement are eligible to apply for this position and may be considered if there are no other suitable applicants who meet this requirement.)*




What skills should I possess to succeed in the role?




Be able to work autonomously and able to actively and effectively work as a member of the interdisciplinary team Excellent organizational and time management skills. Be sensitive to the needs and capabilities of patients. Be flexible, adaptable, creative and innovative in practice in a continuously changing environment. Basic computer skills.
