Duties
Engage with customers to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Monitor customer feedback and trends to provide actionable insights for improvement.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the brand.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
A passion for the brand and its products, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
