Duties

Oversee the planning, production, and post-production of multimedia content, including videos, articles, and social media campaigns. Collaborate with writers, videographers, photographers, and editors to develop innovative content ideas aligned with strategic goals. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery. Conduct research to gather accurate information and verify facts for all content pieces. Write clear, engaging scripts, articles, and social media posts using AP style guidelines to maintain consistency and professionalism. Coordinate photography and videography shoots, including overseeing videography and editing processes to produce polished final products. Proofread and copy edit all content for accuracy, clarity, and tone before publication. Monitor social media channels and engagement metrics to optimize content performance and audience reach. Maintain organized records of production schedules, assets, and project documentation. Stay current with industry trends in journalism, video production, social media management, and digital storytelling to innovate content strategies.

Requirements

Proven experience in video production, editing, photography, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing multimedia projects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Strong writing skills with proficiency in AP style for journalistic accuracy and consistency. Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with diverse audiences globally. Skilled in research methods to ensure factual accuracy in all content pieces. Expertise in copywriting, copy editing, proofreading, and fact-checking to uphold quality standards. Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for maximizing audience engagement. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
