The 100x Mobile Vet is Ottawa's first mobile vet practice to open in the region in 2017- we are changing the way that veterinary medicine is practiced. With an emphasis on client relationships and comfortable, fear-free consultations we are changing pet's lives one appointment at a time.

What we are looking for:



A highly motivated and organized individual to run our Ottawa clinic space. This person is the first line of contact for clients by phone, email or text, representing the 100x Mobile Vet. We are looking for someone who enjoys a high paced job, making connections with people over the phone, and someone who sells the value of the service with care and compassion.

Qualifications:



Customer service experience is an asset 1+ years of veterinary reception/ vet assistance experience (preferred) Available in person 5 days/ week- Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday for coverage) Valid G level drivers license and access to a vehicle Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Ability to work independently, while maintaining strong communication with other team members and the ability to work well with others

Duties would include (not limited to):



Answering client calls, texts and emails and addressing their needs/ requests in a timely manner Scheduling patient appointments in a strategic way to optimize the vet's schedule Calling clients and other veterinary clinics, as well as completing tasks laid out by the RVT's and DVM's Supporting teams who are on the road from the office Maintaining the office space, including but not limited to- managing inventory, cleaning duties, organization Medication fills, handling clinic medication inventory, ordering and processing new orders Overseeing and managing client- vet communication and tasks Occasional support with other Ontario clinics (emails, calls, tasks)

We are offering:



5 days/ week, 8 hour days. $22/h. No evenings or overnights! This is an in person position based out of Kanata ON Dental and health benefits offered Paid sick leave (5 days/ year) Vacation pay Staff pet discounts on procedures, medication and food
