Status: FT Support
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Payband H (Start $36.29xe2x80x93 Max $42.13)About the Testing Services Coordinator Role:
Reporting to the Manager, ETS Testing Services, the ETS Testing Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Test Centre, ensuring the provision of high-quality testing services to students, faculty, staff, and external clients. This includes scheduling and proctoring tests, liaising with academic departments, managing testing accommodations, and implementing and supporting testing systems. They are also responsible for providing quality customer service to a diverse Education & Training Solutions population and outside agencies. The incumbent manages ACCUPLACER admission testing process and provides guidance in matters related to accommodated testing. The incumbent will provide invigilation services, including Real Estate Education Program testing and other tests offered by Education & Training Solutions; responds to inquiries in person, by phone or email; ensures the integrity of all exams is kept intact; troubleshoots computer and test problems, updates activity reports/issues reporting forms.QualificationsAbout You:

3-year diploma/degree in Business/Office Administration, Humanities, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or Social Sciences with a focus on Disability issues.Experience/Skills

  • Minimum 3 years in a high-volume, computerized customer service environment, preferably in educational settings.
  • Experience with college-wide assessments, accommodated testing practices, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent operational knowledge of all related systems, software, and databases.
  • Excellent ability to work with students with disabilities/navigate student and faculty situations professionally.
  • Demonstrated commitment and understanding of human rights, equity, diversity, and inclusion with the ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of students, employees, and the community.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, adaptive technologies, and database applications.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a student-centered approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
