• Titulaire d\xe2\x80\x99un DEC ou AEC en entretien d\xe2\x80\x99a\xc3\xa9ronef, DEC en G\xc3\xa9nie A\xc3\xa9rospatiale ou un DEP en montage m\xc3\xa9canique.

• Installer sur le moteur les accessoires n\xc3\xa9cessaires \xc3\xa0 son bon fonctionnement.
• Adapter le banc d\'essai au type de moteur et y fixer un moteur, en y branchant les conduites de fluides et les raccords de commandes et d\xe2\x80\x99instrumentation selon les instructions de travail
• Surveiller les lectures affich\xc3\xa9es aux diff\xc3\xa9rents tableaux de contr\xc3\xb4le informatis\xc3\xa9, pour saisir les \xc3\xa9carts et intervenir imm\xc3\xa9diatement
• Remplir diff\xc3\xa9rents rapports de lectures et de tests.
• Effectuer les ajustements n\xc3\xa9cessaires durant les essais.
• Apposer son timbre pour t\xc3\xa9moigner que les tests ont \xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 compl\xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9s selon les normes.
• Effectuer une inspection visuelle de l\'\xc3\xa9tat externe du moteur \xc3\xa0 l\'arriv\xc3\xa9e aux essais et \xc3\xa0 sa sortie.
• Au besoin, laver, rincer et s\xc3\xa9cher les moteurs, leurs supports et la cellule d\'essai.

• Participer au d\xc3\xa9veloppement des nouveaux proc\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9s, produits et reprises pour le choix des m\xc3\xa9thodes et outils.
• Prendre les articles n\xc3\xa9cessaires dans les magasins et signaler les sorties et les besoins de mat\xc3\xa9riel au responsable.
• Maintenir son \xc3\xa9quipement et son environnement de travail propres et en bonne condition.
• Participer \xc3\xa0 la formation et au partage de ses connaissances \xc3\xa0 ses co\xc3\xa9quipiers sur les diff\xc3\xa9rents \xc3\xa9quipements et t\xc3\xa2ches.
• Effectue d\xe2\x80\x99autres t\xc3\xa2ches similaires de complexit\xc3\xa9 moindre ou \xc3\xa9gale en lien avec les fonctions ci-haut mentionn\xc3\xa9es.

What you need to be successful?

• DEC or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance, DEC in Aerospace Engineering or a DEP in Mechanical Assembly
• Basic mechanical skills (an asset)
• Two to five years of relevant experience in the field of aeronautics is an asset
• Ability to operate computer systems (intermediate level)
• Solid team player (most duties require teamwork)
• Field of studies : Aeronautics
• Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

What your day to day will look like? General Responsibilities

• Install accessories on the engine to ensure that it functions properly
• Adapt the test bed to the engine model and attach an engine to it, connecting the fluid supply lines and the control and instrumentation leads according to specifications
• Monitor readings shown on the computerized control panels to capture discrepancies and intervene immediately
• Complete reports on readings and tests
• Make the necessary adjustments during the tests
• Affix stamps to show that tests have been completed in accordance with current standards
• Perform a visual inspection of the engine\'s exterior condition when it enters and exits the test stage
• If necessary, wash, rinse and dry engines, engine mounts and test cells

Specific Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of new procedures, products and times for selecting techniques and tools
• Take items required from the stores and refer all releases and needs of material to the person in charge.
• Keep equipment and work environment clean and in good condition
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions with teammates for different equipment and duties
• Perform similar duties of lesser or equal complexity related to the duties mentioned above
