The role focuses on creating Test strategies to test Ruggedcom portfolio of networking hardware products including routers and switches.What will you do?

• Design, plan, and develop innovative test systems based on the NI TestStand platform.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for new product launches.
• Support production operations and troubleshoot test station issues as needed.
• Provide technical training and support to the production, repair services, and NPI qualification teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for complex, unusual, or critical failures.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure alignment between test coverage, test solutions, and product requirements.
• Work closely with Hardware and Software design teams to gain in-depth product knowledge, enabling effective training of the repair services team.

What will you need to succeed?

• Diploma in Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 6 years of industry experience with expertise in NI TestStand and test library development.
• Extensive experience in test automation and proficiency in C#.
• Strong knowledge of networking equipment hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience in prototyping and functional verification.
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of electronics.
