Welcome test-takers and verify their registration details to ensure proper identification and eligibility. Set up testing rooms according to standardized procedures, including arranging materials and ensuring a quiet, secure environment. Monitor test sessions attentively to uphold testing protocols, prevent misconduct, and address any disruptions promptly. Assist test-takers with logistical questions or technical issues while maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor. Conduct security checks before, during, and after testing to safeguard test materials and maintain exam integrity. Record attendance, report incidents or irregularities accurately, and complete necessary documentation following established guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the testing day from start to finish. Follow all safety protocols and organizational policies to create a safe environment for both staff and test-takers.
