Position Title: Bilingual Test-Centre Administrative Assistant (French & English)



Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada



Overview



We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and dedicated professional to join our Language team to provide administrative support to the overall running of our test centre in Toronto. The Candidate must be fluent in English & French.



The

Bilingual Test-Centre Administrative Assistant

provides logistical and administrative support to the Centre Supervisor in ensuring that the centre operates in strict compliance with testing standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:



Develop a full and thorough understanding of the test venue processes as detailed by our testing partners manuals. Ensure that the test venue is run to audit requirements. Assist the Centre Supervisor market GB Language Centre website Assist the marketing and recruitment officers will recruiting students Provide marketing support on our social media platforms Oversee full test day events. Ensure test days run smoothly, efficiently and are customer-focused. Ensure all secure materials are managed to audit standards. Respond to candidate inquiries and communications. Register candidates and processing of candidate applications. Pre-test planning, test-day and post-test administration in accordance with operating policies and procedures Weekly, monthly, and on-request reporting Security, ordering, return, and destruction of test materials in accordance with operating policies and procedures. Maintaining accurate records of all test and staff materials. Investigate any client complaints and prepare evidence for investigations.

Qualifications:



Legal status to work in Canada Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred) Minimum 2-3 years of logistics, event management, or educational experience with demonstrated leadership and supervisory practice Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to achieve high levels of customer service Demonstrable strong communication abilities (oral and written) Highly effective at planning and organizing, and managing multiple competing priorities Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records Able to work effectively under own initiative and at times under pressure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to respond promptly to procedure and policy information received and to ensure its effective communication at a local level Strong computer literacy skills

Hours of Work and Responsibilities to consider:

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Participation in staff meetings and professional development sessions.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $18 - 20 per hour
