About this role:
We are looking for a Test automation developer to support an agile team in automating tests for Avidbots Command Center Web Application that meets and exceeds our customer expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced mature and growing automation engineering organization. The successful candidate will be part of our web application team, working closely with the developers and product managers. The Test automation developer’s goal is to make sure that each software release is the highest quality. We have set the bar high and expect to meet or exceed it with every release.
This can be a Remote opportunity!
How you will make a difference:

• Review Functional Specifications
• Create test procedures and plans
• Develop and maintain automated test tools and scripts
• Perform hand-on testing of our Web Application software
• Pay close attention to usability & reliability of software and clearly report your findings and observations
• Produce clear and detailed bug reports when applicable
• Perform final release QA test prior to release
• Facilitate software staging (alpha and beta) and reports any abnormalities to the team

Key requirements and experience:

• 2-5 years of QA experience on Web applications
• 2+ years of experience in Test automation
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, professional testing or development experience
• Experience utilizing any automated testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Jmeter, Load runner
• Comfortable with Git (Bitbucket, Gitlab or any other source control)
• Comfortable working in Linux environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• DevOps experience
• UI/UX experience
• Technical Support experience
