The Test Architect will work closely with the development teams for the implementation and automation of tests on embedded networking solutions (hardware and software). He will play a key role in integrating, validating, and optimizing tests for SR-MPLS products and other advanced networking technologies.
As a senior test engineer or a test architect, the person will have to conceptualize the automated test framework from scratch.

• Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and strategies.
• Develop and maintain unit, component, and end-to-end tests for networking products.
• Implement and optimize test management using Zephyr plugin in Jira.
• Develop dashboard monitoring and test reporting using Grafana (a strong plus).
• Manage test pipelines in GitLab CI/CD for automated execution.
• Work closely with DevOps, Ground Systems, and Satellite teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Maintain and enhance lab infrastructure, ensuring an up-to-date hardware/software environment.
• Provide technical leadership on test strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Support root cause analysis and defect triage during testing cycles.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed teams in an Agile environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of experience in test design for NEW networking solutions.
- Solid knowledge of IP/TCP/Routing fundamentals
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira and GitLab
- Experience in automation programming (Python)
- Hands on Post xe2x80x93 Developing more than 1000 automated tests on the project.
- New product developmentAssets:
- Experience with SR-MPLS
- Experience with tools like Grafana for test monitoring and analysis
- Knowledge of network testing tools (Ixia, Spirent)
