Position Overview

We are seeking a

Test Administrator

to join our team. The Test Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the integrity, security, and smooth operation of the testing process. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to test takers.

Responsibilities

Administer and proctor computer-based exams following Pearson and Meazure Learning guidelines Verify candidate identification and maintain strict test security protocols Monitor test sessions to ensure compliance with testing policies Provide a calm and professional environment for all candidates Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining exam records Assist with opening and closing test sessions, ensuring all equipment functions properly

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education preferred) Prior experience in test administration, education, or customer service is an asset Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Windows operating systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekdays and occasional weekends
