Job Summary

Akshar Academy, an authorized Pearson VUE Testing Center, is seeking reliable and detailed-oriented Test Administrators (TAs) to oversee the delivery of secure, high-stakes exams. As a TA, you will be responsible for providing a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance with Pearson Vue policies and procedures. The role involves managing test sessions, verifying candidate identities, and maintaining test security standards. We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions, with opportunities for career growth within our organization.

Duties

Greet candidates and verify identification according to Pearson Vue policies. Proctor and monitor exams to ensure test integrity and compliance. Manage candidate check-in and check-out procedures. Provide clear instructions to test-takers and address queries professionally. Maintain confidentiality and security of all test materials and processes. Troubleshoot technical issues and report incidents as needed. Follow Pearson Vue testing policies and procedures consistently.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required. Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Prior experience in a testing center or similar environment is an asset.
