Territory Store Leader is a performance driven operator who inspires and leads all of Skip Express Lane Fulfillment Centers in their territory. Primary mandate of this role is to lead Site General Managers to ensure they are \xe2\x80\x98Running Great Stores\xe2\x80\x99 focusing on delivering excellent customer experience, accurate fulfillment, and store P&L performance. The role also acts as a \xe2\x80\x98change agent\xe2\x80\x99 to drive store execution and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with Central Operations, eCommerce Merchandising, Supply Chain/Procurement, and Store Planning. Key performance metrics include Store P&L Performance (controllable expenses, SG&A), customer service metrics, and fulfillment performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Accountable for \xe2\x80\x9cRunning Great Stores\xe2\x80\x9d including directly managing one store/site as well as leading high performing stores team in their territory (4-6 Stores, 50+ Team Members)

Drive and ensure implementation of store operating standards that drive the right execution behaviors including, customer centric culture, store P&L performance, and moving with urgency to improve fulfillment performance

Deliver Store P&L profitability through executing continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing controllable expenses, and supporting eCommerce Merchandising programs across territory and in their stores

Champion \xe2\x80\x9cQuality Culture\xe2\x80\x9d across the stores, and guide the stores to make the right judgment with customer at the center of all decisions

Ensure the supporting teams including eCommerce Merchandising, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Marketing develop program that drives simplicity in stores and be the voice of the stores at the table with implementation

Accountable for customer item availability, particularly through ensuring inventory is managed in the warehouse both from FIFO and shrink

Support marketing, growth, and store operations to develop supply planning factoring in site capacity for all key promotional events

Work closely with Store Operations to understand each fulfillment store capacity, throughput, DOH, as well as key categories to optimize DSD vs. owned distribution vs. 3PL and improve overall \xe2\x80\x9cflow\xe2\x80\x9d across the network

50%+ Travel Required

Access to vehicle required

Experience and Qualifications

2-3 years experience in managing multi-stores P&L in a market/district

3-5 years experience in managing stores or warehouse leading 20+ Team Members

Fulfillment and/or warehousing knowledge an asset

Experience in Grocery or Fresh/Perishables Management in Stores or in Warehouse Distribution Centres
