We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting and visiting key accounts in and around Victoria. Your primary objective will be to increase sales and awareness of our products, and foster positive relationships by engaging with current and potential clients. The ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to grow within a sales-focused career with one of Canada's most exciting canned cocktail brands.

Key Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed sales distribution and volume targets within designated territory
• Collaborate with sales team and management to develop sales strategies to achieve targets
• Identify and actively pursue new sales leads
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
• Visit existing and prospective retailers to discuss promotions and execute marketing campaigns
• Conduct presentations and tastings to engage with clients and provide memorable brand experience
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, feedback and account performance
• Sales reporting - conduct weekly and monthly reports
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in the alcohol and beverage industry
• Existing knowledge of accounts and relationships within assigned region is a bonus
• Proficiency in Microsoft/Google work space
• Serving it Right Certificate
• Strong work ethic, self motivated and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods of time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
