Key Responsibilities
As the Territory Sales Manager, you will drive growth and build long-lasting relationships within the Saskatoon market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Territory Growth & Management:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
  • Conduct in-person site visits with clients from Tuesday to Friday to understand their operational needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships through consultative sales approaches and consistent follow-up.
  • Sales Planning & Execution:
  • Use Mondays to plan your weekly schedule, analyze account activity, and prepare for client meetings.
  • Leverage an extensive product offering to create customized, high-value proposals.
  • Team Collaboration & Training:
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training at the Edmonton office.
  • Benefit from a structured 4-week onboarding program, a 12-week mentorship, and continuous professional development.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:
  • Education & Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience is preferred, especially in consultative or territory-based roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in using CRM systems, mobile technology, and productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage data-driven insights for strategic territory planning.
  • Key Competencies:
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive mindset with a passion for helping businesses grow.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
