As part of the Customer Engagement Physicians sales team, the territory sales manager for the Montreal West & NS territory will contribute to the success of Sandoz immunology biosimilar brands and complex generics in different specialties including but not limited to Rheumatologists, Gastroenterologists, and Dermatologists.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Grow and protect Sandoz leadership position on the biosimilar and complex Gx market.
  • Achieve all territory set objectives including sales targets and growth
  • Promote Sandoz Biosimilar products and services with key opinion leaders, targeted specialists and healthcare professionals
  • Develop, implement and execute a territory business plan
  • Deliver Biosimilars\' portfolio product information, programs and marketing tools while identifying customers\' unmet needs.
  • Seek, communicate and overcome competitive information.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all cross functional team members to ensure optimal alignment on business opportunities and priorities
  • Analyze and report on sales, Medical Education, monthly plans, call activity and budgets on a monthly basis
  • Maintain a current level of knowledge on assigned products and disease areas
  • Organize, promote, and execute professional education events, virtually or in-person, to support Sandoz Biosimilars\' portfolio approach objectives under the adherence with corporate and industries guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop business relationships through daily contact Key Physicians in targeted specialties as well as specialty pharmacy and infusion clinics networks.
  • Develop, plan and execute peer-to-peer educational events with key physicians
  • Establish two way, working and communication strategies, to ensure competitive advantage to Sandoz Biosimilars\' portfolio.
  • Ensure speaker identification and liaise with medical team to ensure development
  • Recommend and develop consult meetings in collaboration with brand managers and PSP managers
  • Leverage Sandoz BioGx Mindset with key physicians and pharmacy stakeholders
  • Sponsor, develop and support local special events (convention, professional training) according to segmentation and priorities.
  • Develop and implement local clinic / account strategies and tactics with SMART measures to ensure reaching sales and patient targets
  • Leverage virtual tools available to increase share of voice with set target list of customers
  • Act as a role model for the Sandoz leadership standards, values & behaviours and best commercial practices (compliance Rx&D, Code of conduct, etc.)
  • Represent Sandoz as an ethical company whose products and services respond accurately to the needs of patients and of the medical community

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor in Science or business administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-3 Years of Pharmaceutical and/or sales work experience.
  • Excellent business acumen skills.
  • Excellent communicator and deals effectively with all levels and positions.
  • Adaptable, independent, works well under pressure.
  • Travel required.
  • Speaks and writes well in both English and French.
  • Must be very familiar with virtual engagement platforms such MS Teams, Zoom, RTEs, Marketing Cloud.
