About this role:

Wells Fargo Vendor Finance is a provider of commercial leasing and financing products. We work with equipment manufacturers, dealers, and distributors to offer competitive and flexible-point-of-sale financing programs for their commercial customers. Vendor Financial Services reach small, middle-market and large corporate companies with equipment needs and provides term loans and equipment leases.

Wells Fargo Vendor Finance is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (internally know as Senior Business Lending Relationship Management Consultant) in Equipment Finance based out in our Mississauga office.

In this role, you will:

Manage the sale of products or services within a specified district or territory

Select and develop sources, leads and contacts

Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development

Participate in trade shows and sales events

Mentor other sales staff

Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives

Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Interact with internal customers

Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements

Mentor to less experience individuals and may assist with their development

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Lending Development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Equipment Finance selling experience

Degree in Business, MBA or equivalent

CFA preferred
