Job Description


On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.

Our client has more than 30 years of industry expertise in the aggregate equipment industry serving the construction, agriculture, and mining industry. They have helped hundreds of customers with large and small operations to offer a comprehensive equipment solution designed to handle demanding applications.

About the role: Territory Sales Manager, BC

  • Based out of a home office, you will play a crucial role in expanding revenue and market share within the agriculture, construction, and mining industry across BC
  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expansion goals within new and existing accounts
  • Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular face-to-face meetings to strengthen and grow partnership
  • Manage complex sales opportunities from end to end with deals that range from $500K-$5M in value
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and attend relevant industry events and tradeshows to build brand awareness
  • This role will require 25% overnight travel
Compensation
  • Base salary + guaranteed commission during first 6 months of ramp up
  • Uncapped commission paid out monthly
  • Company vehicle provided + gas card + travel expenses covered

Requirements for Consideration
  • MUST have relevant industry experience and have sold equipment in the past
  • Demonstrated track record in new business acquisition and growing revenue within existing accounts
  • Ability to strategically manage a large territory and build out an effective plan for YOY growth
  • Highly independent and self-driven to work autonomously
