Neptune Technology Group is currently searching for an energetic, dedicated and self-reliant individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role will manage the marketing and sale of Neptune products to water utilities while providing training and support to our distributors. Successful incumbents will provide feedback to Regional Managers regarding customer needs and wants, industry trends, and new product ideas. The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing sales and account strategies for assigned area, providing ongoing forecasting and participating in collections when necessary. This is an intermediate-level opportunity where successful incumbents can make significant contributions and gain valuable experience.

As utilities race to meet new reporting and efficiency targets, the water-meter market is poised for significant growth; making this an ideal moment to step in as a Territory Manager and help customers navigate this expanding opportunity.
Job Duties:
Increase market share, sales volume, and profitability in assigned territory in coordination with company sales objectives to be accomplished by developing and maintaining the pipeline for AMR/AMI opportunities and supporting your customers and distributors to achieve your objectives. Revenue and income generated should meet annual objectives. Utilize negotiation skills to optimize value.
Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for your accounts to support overall company objectives. Develop and maintain positive customer and distributor relationships. Manage distributors by developing joint business plans, making joint sales calls, and setting realistic sales goals.
Analyze territory to ensure optimum direct and indirect coverage while managing distributors. Determine NTG market share by state and develop and implement plan to increase.
Provide superior service to all customers and distributors including material returns and credits, delivery information, warranty claims, etc.
Maintain understanding and knowledge of products.
Monitor expenses and complete monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.
Requirements:
Bilingual - English and French fluent oral and written proficiency
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
3+ years of related sales experience preferred
5-day work week, occasional extended hours may be required
Travel is a requirement of the role
