Dead Frog is a BC Craft Brewery and Tasting Room with an award winning lineup of brews distributed across Canada. We're all about great food, great craft beer, and having a hoppin' good time. We focus on living life to the fullest and creating innovative, high quality craft brews like Juice Box Sour Mixer, Hippity Hop Hazy IPA, and Steel Toe Lager. We're located in Langley BC and currently distribute great beer in BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Yukon.
Dead Frog Brewery is looking for a full-time Territory Manager to sell craft beer to liquor stores and pubs/restaurants in and around The Lower Mainland, and in the Okanagan. You'll be part of a growing team that is dedicated to developing and maintaining relationships with store managers and owners across BC. You'll work closely with the other account managers, marketing staff at shows and events, and support staff at the brewery with the goal of giving as many people as possible the opportunity to enjoy Dead Frog brews.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for selling Dead Frog to Liquor Stores and pubs in and around The Lower Mainland, and in the Okanagan.
Sales and Customer Service
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with liquor stores, pubs. and restaurants.
• Manage and maintain existing customer relationships to maximize product placement and sales.
• Ensure timely delivery and inventory management at retail locations.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives within the territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, such as bars, restaurants, BC Liquor Stores, and private liquor stores.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan sales route and keep CRM system up to date. Report efficiencies to Sales Manager/VP.
Marketing and Brand Promotion
• Promote the brewery's brand and products through various marketing initiatives including in-store promotions, product launches, and beer festivals.
• Plan and execute promotional events, tastings, and brewery visits within the territory.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the local market.
Market Analysis and Reporting
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to develop informed strategies.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and territory activities to management.
Customer Training and Education
• Educate Liquor Store personnel on the Dead Frog's products and story.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations to enhance product knowledge and sales.
Skills/Traits
We're looking for someone who is self-motivating, passionate about craft beer, and enjoys working on their own as well as being part of a team. The craft beer industry is moving at incredible speeds so you will need to be efficient and able to multi-task to be successful. Liquor industry experience is a strong asset.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in the beverage industry or craft beer sector.
• Strong knowledge of craft beer and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Compensation
You will be paid a monthly salary with performance based bonuses and a competitive benefits plan. Wage will be dependent on industry experience and projected sales numbers. A company car and phone will be provided.

Craft Brewery Territory Managers are vital in expanding a brewery's reach, and their ability to build relationships and effectively market the brand is crucial for success in the competitive craft beer industry. The specific responsibilities and qualifications may vary depending on the brewery and the size of the territory.
Position is 40 hours a week, but actual work hours may vary, including evenings and weekends to accommodate customers and festivals. Hours will not exceed 40 hours a week. Frequent travel between accounts and locations will be necessary.
