The Regina Senior Citizens' Centre is seeking a

16-month Term Director of Home Support Services

to oversee and coordinate our Home Support Program, which provides essential services to older adults aged 55 and above.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 15+ employees, overseeing daily scheduling and service coordination, and ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong leadership skills, and proficiency with computer applications and scheduling systems.

Duties

Lead and supervise Home Support staff and teams to deliver exceptional services such as housekeeping, companionship, snow removal, fall/spring clean-ups and more! Oversee daily operations, including staffing schedules, client appointments and facility maintenance. Manage budgets effectively to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining quality care standards. Ensure compliance with all labour standard regulations, safety protocols, and licensing requirements. Facilitate staff training on techniques and procedures. Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care plans. Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership development, and ongoing staff education.
