We are seeking a reliable and professional
Tenant Relations Worker
to join our team. The successful candidate will provide front-line social service support to our indigenous tenants. The role will be
Part-time
with a flexible working schedule suited to your available.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors and tenants in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and respond to general inquiries.
Conduct home visits with tenants, listening to their concerns and supporting their housing needs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. (Post-secondary education in office administration an asset)
Ojibway language is an asset
Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette in a professional setting.
Strong social service skills with effective communication to interact positively with tenants and colleagues.
