Job Summary


We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Temporary Part-Time Evening UCP/RPN for the period of December 22 to January 22. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the health care industry and demonstrate proficiency in various operational tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties



Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and safety guidelines, ensuring high-quality presentation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including accurate cash register operations and daily reconciliation. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing inquiries and promoting menu items through effective upselling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation standards at all times. Assist with inventory management by tracking food supplies and reporting shortages to ensure uninterrupted service. Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth kitchen operations during peak hours, demonstrating effective time management skills. Uphold food safety protocols in all aspects of food handling, preparation, and storage.

Skills



Proven experience in the food service sector, particularly within quick-service or fast-food restaurant environments. Proficiency in food preparation techniques and culinary practices that enhance customer satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences through attentive service. Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for sanitation within the kitchen setting. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.25-$21.00 per hour
