Office Assistant
Duties:
- Perform general data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Assist our bookkeeper with basic tasks.
- Assist the paralegals and legal assistants with scanning files.
Experience:
- Proficient in using computers and a scanner.
- Previous experience in an office or administration is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles are a plus.
