Hiring for the temporary general labourers for our sugar beet campaign in our Taber Factory.
The duties required of you will be physically demanding. Conditions can be hot, cold, wet, dry, dusty, and loud. Successful candidates must be able to lift 15-20kg on a consistent basis and be able to stand and walk for the majority of their shift.
$22.37/hour (base rate) with an additional $1.75 night shift differential, vacation paid out bi-weekly; Positions will be shift work, must be available to work days, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays; Mill positions are 12 hour rotating shifts, averaging 42 hours/week (factory operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week); Steel toed boots are required, all other PPE is supplied; Experience is preferred, although on the job training is provided; Expected end date is late February/early March.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST IS REQUIRED
