: Temporary - General Labourer

Project Timeline:

November 28, 2025 - December 27, 2026

Shift:

7:00am - 3:30pm (8-hour Shift) - Monday - Friday (flexible weekends)

Duties and Responsibilities

Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance. Loading, unloading, lifting, carrying and moving materials, tools and equipment (up to 50lbs regularly). Working with and supporting tradespeople to complete their tasks safely, accurately and on time as directed. Safe demolition and removal of debris. Equipment Operation: Basic operation of non-powered tools and potentially powered machinery. (e.g forklift, if certified). Adhere to site safety procedures and wear issued PPE at all times. Use of general hand tools, grinder, saw drill.

Qualifications and Competencies

Minimum 1 year of general construction or material-handling experience Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt. Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in speaking/writing English. Ability to work effectively as part of a crew and follow instructions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environment. Reliability, punctual attendance with a strong work ethic and commitment to the project duration. Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily commute. WHMIS 2015

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
