Bridge Facility Services is seeking a reliable and experienced
Building Operator
for an industrial site in Victoria. This is a temporary position starting on December 8 until January 18.Schedule & Hours
15 hours per week total
: Hours: 8AM-11AM (Mon-Fri excluding stat holidays)Additional hours
may be available on an as-needed basis.Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks. Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, mechanical, life safety, etc.). Conduct preventative maintenance and site inspections. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors. Communicate regularly with the client and management team.
