The Stylist will serve as a trusted and knowledgeable advisor who assists customers in selecting products that suit their aesthetic and lifestyle. She will work with the customer to discover and express their own personal style while showing the customer how to incorporate Kate Spade products into their existing wardroom.

Greet our guests with warm welcome, exuding confidence and knowledge about the product

Exhibit active listening and ability to ask high value follow up questions

Explore:




o Infuse brand and product knowledge to suggest and showcase products


Collaborate with the guest to offer styling advice and suggest add-ons to create a complete look

Use interpersonal savvy to interpret visual cues and overcome objections

Think creatively and suggest multiple ways and occasions to wear our products

Encourage the guest to step outside of their comfort zone and have fun with our products

Guide the guest to purchase decision and facilitate check-out through relationship development and exhibiting product knowledge ensuring a seamless process

Reinforce and celebrate the guest's choices and invite them to shop again soon

Story tell and use product knowledge to connect with the guest, showcasing the ability to talk about the unique attributes of the product

Understand and embody the product landscape across all merchandise categories
