Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment. Drive sales by confidently promoting products, upselling and meeting weekly sales goals. Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience by offering knowledgeable assistance and personalized recommendations. Operate the Point of Sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle exchanges and customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach. Assist with weekly inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels. Perform permanent jewelry services with precision, care and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales and customer service is required. A sales-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right piece. Exceptional interpersonal skills and an outgoing, friendly, approachable demeanor. Proficiency in operating Point of Sale systems, or a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Interest in the jewelry and/or crystal industry. Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent.
*Sales Associates earn an hourly wage plus commission, with the potential to boost their hourly rate by up to an additional $3/hour during holidays.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
